  • What size to order?
    If you are not your shoe size, please send us a message on one of our platforms. An expert will do their best to help you find the appropriate size or shoe size for your order, depending on the shoe model you want.
  • My package has not arrived, what should I do?
    If your package does not arrive within the estimated time and the tracking status has not changed after several days, we will contact the post office to find out the delivery status and if necessary, we will open a case of "lost of packages". The post office will review the case and if the package is declared lost, you will get a full refund.
